Blaine is a squad leader in the Indiana National Guard where he manages two team leaders, each with three Soldiers under them. Blaine inspires and encourages his team leaders, teaching them how to be leaders and developing their skills not only as Infantrymen but as leaders in the workforce as well. Blaine works on a number of Veteran initiatives, including Circle City Vets with the Indianapolis Mayor's Office.
